Formation & Foundation helps those who have nothing set up yet or are in transition to figure out what they need to do to create structure. This could include (but is not restricted to)1.     young couples or new parents looking to set up an estate plan2.     entrepreneurs that have built up a business but have no estate plan3.     those who have inherited who know they have come into wealth but don’t know how to protect or plan how they want to create the continuation of legacy for their next generation.  On the other hand, the Family Office Operations centers around those who already have an operating company (aka “family office”) that needs structure, coordination, communication and maintenance.
